My name is Madison Bostelman, and I was born and raised in Northwest, Ohio. Skilled with over 14+ years in Customer Service experience paired with 10+ years of Restaurant Industry and Hospitality experience, I enjoy providing my skills and unique approach to make your vision a reality.

Being able to create an event that is truly yours and has all the elements you care about is why I started doing what I do. From a young age, I dreamed of bringing to life the best celebration for each occasion, from birthday parties to family events I always had my hands in what was going on. This passion has evolved into what I have become today—a devoted Catering and Event Service Provider who can't wait to perfect your momentous day.

In 2019, I was fortunate enough for the opportunity to move to Miami Beach, Florida for three and a half years. I was able to work in Catering and Event Services, Night Club Management, and Event Planning and Coordinating, gaining a plethora of experience, skills and networking opportunities.

Fresh off the plane in I began as a free-lance Catering Server and Bartender at multiple high-profile events, ranging from local events to celebrity birthday parties. For Alec Monopoly’s Art Basel Party 2019 I was featured on the World Red Eye blog, a Visual Celebrity Lifestyle Journal from Miami Beach, FL.

July 2020, I was hired as part of the opening team for a new Bohemian themed outdoor nightclub venue, eventually becoming Assistant General Manager. Hiring and training staff, implementing systems and procedures, and booking and managing talent. This is where I was introduced to and began working with an Event Production Company, Solutions Hospitality. I was mentored, then trusted in managing teams, hosting and coordinating events on my own.

In March 2021, I made the decision to leave the nightclub to invest more of my energy with the Event Production Company. I also became Maitri ’dee at Gitano Miami at the Casa Faena Hotel. I booked and managed dinner reservations, managed table minimums and reservations for the roof-top nightclub. I also created and implemented systems for large party reservations and pre-fixed menus.

Finally, in 2022 I made the decision to come back home to Northwest, Ohio to plant some roots, to be closer to my family/support system, and to focus on creating and developing the idea that has become MOMENTOUSaffairs by Madison Bostelman.
